This EMI Cancellation Policy explains how jewellery EMI orders can be cancelled on HOXTAN, what fees apply, and how refunds are processed.
When You Can Cancel
- Jewellery EMI orders can be cancelled only before delivery assignment or dispatch.
- Orders already delivered, dispatched, or with a driver assigned cannot be cancelled under this policy.
Cancellation Fee
- A 10% cancellation fee is deducted from the total EMI amount already paid when you cancel an eligible order.
- GST may apply on the cancellation fee as per applicable tax rules.
- The remaining balance is refunded to your verified bank account after admin approval.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are sent to the bank account verified in your KYC. Processing time may vary by bank. HOXTAN is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect bank details.
